A. I think the most important thing is trustworthiness (reliability) and Responsibility (Responsible).

B. The reason is because honesty is very important, and a sense of responsibility is also a major factor, if there is an honest man but he is not responsible then all that has been done will be in vain, for example in terms of jobs, the work will the best and a broken home when he not responsible. By telling the truth then others can trust us, no suspicion and are also becoming more peaceful life without any dispute. And the 6 pillars all have benefits and drawbacks.
